DANC 482 - Body Conditioning/Gyrokinesis Method IICredits: 1Body conditioning technique that simultaneously stretches and strengthens the body at an intermediate level. Gyrokinesis teaches complete freedom of movement through exercises synchronized with corresponding breathing patterns enhancing aerobic and cardiovascular stimulation and promoting neuromuscular awareness.
