Learning Outcomes

Certificate Requirements (12 Hours)

To obtain this certificate, students must complete a 4-course sequence in Enterprise resource Planning (ERP) systems, with an overall GPA of 3.0 or better across four courses as follows:

Accounting Component

One of the following:

ACCT 728 - Financial Accounting
ACCT 738 - Financial Statement Analysis
ACCT 743 - Accounting for Management Control
DMSB 710 - Financial Accounting in the Global Environment

Database Component

One of the following:

ACCT 702 - Application of Advanced Databases to Accounting and Business
MGSC 790 - Data Resource Management

Information Systems Component

One of the following:

ACCT 736 - Information Technology Assurance, Control, and Security
ACCT 737 - Accounting Information Systems from a Strategic Perspective

Enterprise Resource Planning Component

One of the following:

ACCT 739 - Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
ACCT 741 - Special Topics in Accounting
